Charles Gardner - CFP®

Charles Gardner is a Certified Financial Planner® and Investment Advisor Representative with LPL Financial.

Charles entered the financial services industry in 1988 and received his CFP designation in 1992. Charles spent several years living and traveling in Germany and England as part of his education. He served on the Puget Sound Board of the ICFP organization from 1993-1999 from Education Chair to President and Chairman.

He and his wife Josie are current residents of Bothell, Washington. They enjoy being with their grandson, traveling, boating, fishing, and spending time with their dogs, Winston and Bailey.

Kyle Gardner – CFP®

Kyle Gardner is a Certified Financial Planner® and Investment Advisor Representative with LPL Financial.

Kyle is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of the Arts in Business Administration. Kyle began working for Swagerty & Gardner Financial Group in 2011,and became a registered representative in 2013.

Kyle and his wife Jamie currently reside in Redmond, Washington, along with their son and their dog, Olive. Kyle finds joy in spending time with family, as well as golfing and going on hikes with their dog. On most weekends during the fall, you will find the Gardner family cheering on the University of Washington Huskies and the Seattle Seahawks.

Cathy Asari-Wada – Office Manager

Cathy joined Swagerty & Gardner Financial Group in 1988. Cathy coordinates our client appreciation outreach, as well as overseeing the compliance and operations functions of our business. She is a graduate of the University of Washington.

MaryEllen Howen – Administrative Assistant

MaryEllen joined Swagerty & Gardner Financial Group in June of 2021. MaryEllen manages and assists in administrative duties and support functions relating to our clients’ financial plans. MaryEllen and her husband Mark reside in Mill Creek, Washington, along with their two daughters and their cat, Alice. When not at work, she can be found in her kitchen, or tending her garden, unless there is a Seahawks game on.
